There is no doubt that we have never been as concerned about our weight and our health as we are now in this society. About 4 million Americans weigh over 300 pounds and about half a million are over 400 pounds. 65% of Americans are overweight and now we are finding out that our children are breaking obesity records due to bad eating habits and a sedentary lifestyle.

Currently there are so many diets on the market that it could make your head spin just trying to decide which one to do.
