Part 2 - Sonoma Diet Vs. Atkins Diet vs. South Beach Diet

Making the diet a part of their daily life allows the person to develop new and healthy habits which also allows them to maintain their goal weight. Not surprisingly, the Atkins and South beach diets also have a final phase that requires the dieter to make lifestyle changes.

The Sonoma diet is supposed to be new and different from the Atkins and South Beach diets, but this does not seem to be the case. As you have read, all three diets have very similar processes for losing weight! The main difference seems to be that the Sonoma diet has different types of food.

There are, however, some key differences between the three diets that were not discussed in this review. The three phases, though, apply the same general principles and ideas for the dieter.

Thus, the Sonoma diet seems like it would be a poor choice for a diet plan for the same reasons that the Atkins and South Beach Diets would be a poor choice for losing weight. We think that it would be better to choose a diet plan that does not rob you of energy for a period of time and that does not require you to make severe lifestyle and menu changes.
