Get to know a few facts about the Atkins Low Carb Diet: The Atkins Low Carb Diet is a nutrition plan consisting of different phases, aiming at weight loss through low consumption of carbohydrates. It actually allows only 80 carb calories daily (equivalent to 20 grams of net carbs), fewer than what you normally get from eating a large apple.
